  I did Carside to Go. I ordered the Bourbon Street Steak and I got two little 2 ounce filets instead that had no seasoning to speak of. Plus all the food we ordered was cold before I got to the car. This tells me that the food was probably done and just sitting there under a heat lamp. I'm seriously considering never going here again because this seems to be a trend. To top it off the food was late by 15 minutes getting out to me on a Tuesday night. The kitchen staff needs some serious retraining because the food should never leave the kitchen cold, I used to work in a well trained kitchen at a Bar and Grill. It's just sad because this Applebee's used to be a really good place to eat and now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

  My wife and I Had a horrible experience here. Poor waitstaff and both the quality of the food and the portions were not worthy of ever going back. We used to enjoy them very much and we let them know via the website how we felt and they wouldnt give us the courtesy of a response. We felt we were definately ripped off for the price we paid. There are many better quality choices in sturgis and we wont return.
